29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  On or about 07/25/2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 17 Ranchero Drive, Saint Charles, MO., employees were exposed to a struck by hazard.  Two employees were observed actively working while operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of safety eyewear.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 07/25/2023, at the residential construction jobsite located at 17 Ranchero Drive, Saint Charles, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were observed actively installing new roofing material, while working from a low sloped roof approximately 14 feet above ground.
