29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   At 2728 Road 10m  Ulysses, KS 6780, employees were exposed to  fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure they were properly protected from falls while working at over 24 feet without fall protection on site  in that employees  were working from the roof without fall protection and employees in the lift did not have a full guardrail system, when being lifted which exposed employees to the open side with no guardrail but just a strap for a top rail

29 CFR  1904.29(a):The employer did not use an OSHA 300, 301 and 300A Form or equivalent.  CSHO had requested OSHA 300/301 logs for years 2023, 2022, and 2021 in the document request. On reply, the employer stated that they did not have them and where could they locate them.   CSHO contacted employer, verified the number of employees, and provided directions on how to get the documents.
