29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 8773 Hugo Dive, Littleton CO 80125: On or about June 23, 2023, and at times prior, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls where an employee without fall protection was working from the roof of a three-story residence and assisting with the installation of pump jack scaffolding, exposing the employee to a fall of 36 feet 6 inches.
