29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about 7/25/2023 at a renovation project located at 740 Seneca Street, Buffalo, New York at the Pike Office Building; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while working to paint a sign on the side of the building. An employee in the lift did not have a harness with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
