29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a)6384 South Richfield Street & East Weaver Ave, Aurora, CO. On or about July 27, 2023, the employer Johnson Roofing & Restoration, LLC., did not ensure its subcontracted employees were protected from falls in excess of 6 feet by conducting frequent inspections of the jobsite. Frequent inspections could have eliminated the likelihood of subcontracted employees conducting re-roofing work without the use of fall protection
