29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about June 28, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the flexible cord on the Wemco Spooling Machine (no serial number ) was in a safe condition, in that the electrical cord connected to the foot pedal had a damaged cable sleeve with no strain relief.
