29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about July 28th, 2023 employees at 2 Mitchell Cir, Wheaton, IL 60189 were exposed to unprotected fall hazards in excess of 14 feet during residential roofing activities. The employer did not ensure they were adequately trained to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with falls.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
