OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards caused by improper loading of a vehicle onto a flatbed tow truck.    a)	WEJ Services, side of the road at the entrance of repair shop; On or about August 1, 2023, while attempting to connect a car to a tow truck the employee failed to engage the winch clutch, remove slack from the winch cable, and failed to place the vehicle in neutral while on an incline exposing the employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.
