29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency  use:  a) Forklift charger #2- Employees were exposed to injurious materials including, but not limited to, sulfuric acid, and an emergency eye wash was not available for immediate use in the work area, on or about August 3, 2023.   b) Forklift charging in mixing- Employees were exposed to injurious materials including, but not limited to, sulfuric acid, and an emergency eye wash was not available for immediate use in the work area, on or about August 3, 2023.   c) Forklift charging near employee bathrooms- Employees were exposed to injurious materials including, but not limited to, sulfuric acid, and an emergency eye wash was not available for immediate use in the work area, on or about August 3, 2023.   Abated during inspection.
