29 CFR  1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.   A) 9 Fenway S, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet, while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of fall protection either. The employees were exposed to falls/scaffold collapse hazards, on or about, July 13th, 2023.

A) 9 Fenway S, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while using an extension ladder with a ladder jack scaffold prong on it.  The employees were climbing over the prong in order to get on to and off of the roof, on or about, July 13th 2023.
