29 CFR  1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.  a) Jobsite: 3200 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104- On or about 3 August, 2023, the employer did not train an employee hanging conduit support hangers from a Genie GR-12 Runabout, to recognize the associated hazards such as, but not limited to struck-by, falls, etc., and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.
