29 CFR  1926.1428(a): The employer of the signal person did not ensure that each signal person met the Qualifications Requirements (paragraph (c) of this section) prior to giving any signals:   a) On or about 08/09/2023, at the jobsite located at  6381 Adriana Drive Orlando, FL., the employer allowed the rigging and signaling during crane operations to raise air conditioning units to the roof of an apartment building without signal person certification of qualifications, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
