The employees were not protected by eye/face protection, on or about, August 1st, 2023.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  A) 7 Glover Avenue, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while engaged in roofing/framing work on a residential structure. The employees were not protected by harnesses or any  other type of fall protection system, on or about, August 1st, 2023.
