At the backyard of 12 Laura Court, Palm Coast, Florida, on or about August 10, 2023, employees working in the drop zone were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling trees.

At the backyard of 12 Laura Court, Palm Coast, Florida, on or about August 10, 2023, employees on the ground were exposed to the hazard of being struck in the head by falling objects, in that the employees picking up debris and branches were not wearing protective helmets.
