29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):    One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a.     At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida:    On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the  Accurpress Press brake did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation.  b.   At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida:    On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the  Dayton 20" Drill Press did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts.  c.      At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida:    On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the  Grob, Inc. Band Saw did not have a guard on the exposed portion of the blade, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation.  d.      At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida:    On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the  Piranha Ironworker P50, punch end did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation.  e.      At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida:    On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the  Piranha Ironworker P50, coper end did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation.
