At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida: On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the Accurpress Press brake did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation. b. At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida: On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the Dayton 20" Drill Press did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts. c. At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida: On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the Grob, Inc. Band Saw did not have a guard on the exposed portion of the blade, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation. d. At 401 Ninth Street, Bunnell, Florida: On or about August 14, 2023, in the shop area, the Piranha Ironworker P50, punch end did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation. e.
