29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm:  a) On or about 08/07/2023 at 3308 Mary St., Miami, FL 33133, an employee were exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 305.8 ppm of carbon monoxide when working inside the facility using a Husqvarna 20-inch 11 HP Model# FS400 walk-behind gasoline-powered concrete saw to cut concrete while both front and rear doors were closed without adequate ventilation.  b)  On or about 08/07/2023 at 3308 Mary St., Miami, FL 33133, an employee were exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 111.5 ppm of carbon monoxide when working inside the facility using a Husqvarna 20-inch 11 HP Model# FS400 walk-behind gasoline-powered concrete saw to cut concrete while both front and rear doors were closed without adequate ventilation.
