29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about August 16, 2023, on the north side of Building B, employees were installing DensGlass exterior wall sheathing and frame while utilizing a JLG aerial lift (#242333AH) without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, at heights upwards of thirty (30) feet.
