29 CFR  1910.28(b)(13)(iii)(A): Each employee was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system or a designated area:  a) Jobsite:  600 Arch Street, Philadelphia PA 19106 - On or about August 16, 2023, the employer did not protect each employee from falls by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system or a designated area. Employees were conducting window washing on a flat roof without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to falls of approximately 15 feet.
