The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  a.  At  the  right exterior-side of the Servicing Department, located at 9145 U.S. 441, Leesburg, FL: On or about August 22, 2023, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards, in that the walking-working surface being repaired was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface.
