29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A):  All 125-volt, single-phase, 15-, 20-, and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that were not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that were in use by personnel did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel.  On or about August 22, 2023, in the Change House located on Nabors Rig X04, an electrical receptacle (four outlet) near a water source being utilized for the washing machine did not have a ground-fault circuit interrupter, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points.  On or about August 22, 2023, employees working on Nabors Rig X04 were exposed to electrical shock hazards when a flexible cord in the Change House was damaged due it being pinched by the door of the storage container.
