29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) Building 60 Bridlewood Way, York PA 17402 -Employees were observed working on a residential roof at more than 20 feet above the lower level with a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about August 23, 2023.   (b) Building 65 -75 Bridlewood Way, York PA 17402 -Employees were observed working on a residential roof at more than 20 feet above the lower level with a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about August 23, 2023.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
