29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  Location: 55 Herring Brook Way, Hanover, MA  On August 24, 2023, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to twelve feet to the ground while framing a residential building where frequent and regular inspections where not conducted that ensured the jobsite was free of recognizable hazards.
