29 CFR  1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):  a: At 5529 Southwest 1st Lane Ocala, Florida.; On or about August 24, 2023,  powered industrial trucks were not taken out of service while the  horn and head lights were not operational, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  b: At 5529 Southwest 1st Lane Ocala, Florida.; On or about August 24, 2023,  powered industrial trucks were not taken out of service while the seatbelt was not functional, exposing employees to entrapment between the truck and the ground in the event of a tip-over.
