29 CFR  1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely:  On or about August 25, 2023 the employer did not ensure that the roof area of the facility located at 7601 Bittern Ave., Cleveland, OH, had the strength and structural integrity to support employees tasked with performing roof repair on the facility. Employees onsite had ascended onto the roof area to begin staging and removal of roof materials. The employer had not performed an inspection of the deteriorated roof area prior to employees walking on it.
