29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, covers, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.  a.)  Black Jax Sports Bar and Grille, 8040A Perry Highway, Erie, PA - On or about 8/29/23, and at times prior thereto,  the floor drain outside the game room door, in the pool area, was not covered to prevent tripping hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement

Black Jax Sports Bar and Grille, 8040A Perry Highway, Erie, PA - On or about 8/29/23, and at times prior thereto,   portable,  dry chemical fire extinguishers in the kitchen had not received a monthly inspection.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
