On or about August 30, 2023, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries or illnesses on the OSHA 300 Log for the calendar year 2023:  (a) On or about July 14, 2023, hot water from a container burned and employee's right leg resulting in days away from work.  (b) On or about August 21, 2023, hot water from a container burned an employee's right wrist resulting in restricted work.
