29 CFR  1910.266(d)(2)(ii):Each first aid kit did not contain the items listed in Appendix A at all times:  (a)3-mile marker, Ash Creek Road, Canyonville, Oregon, work platform logging site, on or about August 30, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to serious injuries and disabilities from first aid kit missing 8 X 10 gauze pads components needed to treat minor to life saving  work related incidents.

29 CFR  1910.266(f)(1)(iii):The employer did not assure that operating and maintenance instructions were available either on the machine or in the area where the machine was being operated:  (a)3-mile marker, Ash Creek Road, Canyonville, Oregon, work platform logging site, on or about August 30, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employee were exposed to potentially malfunctioning equipment due to operators being able to inspect and maintain equipment serviceability without manufacturers operations manuals. Resulting in serious injuries or disabilities to body extremities.
