29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a residential worksite located at 18916 - 18922 Manor Dr, Independence MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pneumatic nail guns, pitch forks and other hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting debris in their eyes. This was documented on or about 8/30/2023.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential worksite located at 18916 - 18922 Manor Dr, Independence MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were not using any kind of personal fall arrest system. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet above ground level. This was documented on or about 08/30/2023.
