29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) Worksite Harbes Orchard 5698 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901: Employees on site were not trained how to control or eliminate hazards while operating a Husqvarna PG 820 RC floor grinder with a Husqvarna T-8600 Dust extractor, and a Dongan Transformer three phase auto transformer; on or about 08/28/2023.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
