29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  A) Sharon Roofing and Heating Partnership on or about 09/01/23 at the address of 1025 Brandywine Drive, Hermitage, PA: Employees were working on a 6/12 pitch roof 18 feet above the ground without the benefit of any type of fall protection. The employees were installing a new roof and were working near the peak of the roof.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  A) Sharon Roofing and Heating Partnership on or about 09/01/23 at the address of 1025 Bradywine Drive, Hermitage, PA: Employees were working on the roof of the structure attaching shingles with a pneumatic nail gun, without the benefit of any type of eye protection. Employees were exposed to flying objects while operating the nail gun.
