29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Worksite, Calverton National cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard Route 25, Calverton NY 11933 - Employees were not wearing eye protection and were exposed to eye related injuries while operating a drill overhead for blind installation in an office building; on or about 08/31/23.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
