29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection system:    On or about September 7, 2023, employees were not protected from falling 20-feet after exiting scissor lifts and climbing up into, and working to install, 80-foot-long by 2-inch-wide metal plate connected wood trusses set apart 48-inches on center.
