The employees did not utilize fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately 30 feet.  c) Jobsite: 2200-50 Somerset St. Philadelphia PA 19134 - On or about September 11, 2023, employees used ramps to traverse over  a trench between the residential home and the ground.  There was no railings on the ramp exposing employees to falls up to approximately 10 feet.
