29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:  (a)Willuweit Construction at 5500 West 9th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to September 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees performing work on a low-slope commercial roof were protected from fall hazards by utilizing appropriate fall protection systems. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a)Willuweit Construction at 5500 West 9th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to September 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards by providing a training program regarding fall hazards and procedures to be followed to reduce employee exposure to fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
