29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) At 2370 Briarcliff Commons, Atlanta, GA 30345; On or about September 12, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that protective helmets were not provided to employees using a TranzSporter Platform Hoist to raise roofing shingles from the lower level to the roof.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) At 2370 Briarcliff Commons, Atlanta, GA 30345; On or about September 12, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems were not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 14/12 pitched roof at heights of approximately 35 feet.

29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  a) At 2370 Briarcliff Commons, Atlanta, GA 30345; On or about September 12, 2023, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that for employees engaged in roofing activities, the attachment point of the body harness was located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. Employees were using a positioning system.
