29 CFR 1904.8(a): Employees who were exposed to a work-related injury involving a needlestick and / or cuts from sharp objects that are contaminated with another person's blood or other potentially infectious material had their names entered on the OSHA 300 Log:   1. At Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, located at 655 West 8th Street in Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On August 31, 2023, and at times prior, the employer disclosed employees' names on the OSHA 300 log which were required by the standard to be redacted as a privacy case.
