The spray booth ventilation and duct system were not effective in removing flammable vapors associated with gel-coating fabricated parts. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.  (b)E Glass Industries, LLC at 2916 Industrial Avenue, Aberdeen, SD 57401:  On or about and at times prior to September 14, 2023,  the employer did not ensure the mechanical ventilation system in the chop spray booth provided a method to confine and control the removal of flammable vapors in that the duct system did not remove spray vapors to a safe location.
