29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:  A) Groover Roofing and Siding, Inc. on or about September 19, 2023 at the address of 2370 North Hermitage Rd., Hermitage, PA: Employees tearing off the 4/12 pitched roof of the structure were not provided with any type of fall protection. Employees were roughly 16 feet above the next lower level.
