29 CFR  1910.110(f)(2)(i): LP gas containers were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage or tampering by unauthorized persons:  a) Parking area and propane storage outside warehouse: On or about September 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that propane containers were not stored inside a storage cage or protected from physical damage or tampering by an equivalent means.  b) Warehouse: On or about September 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that propane containers were stored in the warehouse aisles and not protected from physical damage where employees operated forklifts.
