29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   At the jobsite located at 17101 State rd. 31 , Fort Myers, FL 33903; On or about 09/20/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing activities such as but not limited thatch roofing material replacement  on a tiki structure roof with an eave height of 11 feet 11 inches.
