29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about September 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure the exit routes were kept free and unobstructed. Employees working in the facilities were exposed to a potential fire hazards from the blocked emergency paths of egress in the  following instances:   a) Emergency exit door inside the main production area adjacent to the break room was found to have a cart with cables blocking the employee's path of egress.   b) Emergency exit inside the production area of the central area was found to have a cart with materials on it blocking the employees path of egress.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about September 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about all electrical equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment in the following areas of the facility:   a)  All electrical equipment in the main production area where there were carboard boxes, a metal filing cabinet, and electronic parts cart were stacked directly in front of (within inches) up to 26 inches of electric panels blocking access and exposing employees to a potential fire hazard.   b) All electrical equipment in the CMP production area where there were carboard boxes stacked directly underneath and in front of (within inches) of an electric panel blocking access and exposing employees to a potential fire hazard.   c) All electrical equipment in the Corwin production area where there were metal toolboxes, anti-fatigue mats, trash and trash cans stacked directly in front and underneath (within inches) up to 18 inches of an electric panel blocking access and exposing employees to a potential fire hazard.
