29 CFR  1926.753(c)(2): A qualified rigger (a rigger who is also a qualified person) did not inspect the rigging prior to each shift in accordance with �� 1926.251:  (a) Construction site,  Roof Top - On or about April  27, 2023, employees were performing rigging work  for a commercial building renovation with a rigging sling that was damaged, frayed and load labels were not readable. The sling was not inspected and taken out of service prior to the work shift.
