Panel P7 in Cosmetic Room, Nutratech LLC, 67 County Route 59, Phoenix, NY 13135, on or about 10/18/2023, boxes of raw material to be processed were stored approximately 14" in front of panel P7 in the cosmetics room. Panel P7 is fed from #24 MDP and is 100 AMP 208-120 3 Phase electrical panel.  Abatement certification is required.

The written program must also include:   (a) A list of all the chemicals used at the jobsite.   (b) Methods to inform employees of hazards associated with non-routine tasks.   (c) Methods the employer will use to inform any contractors employees of workplace hazards.  a.)
