Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet  or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   A) 15 Eisenhower Drive, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14(lower roof) and 17 feet (upper roof) while engaged in gutter cleaning work on a residential structure, without a means of fall protection in place, on or about,  October 4th, 2023.
