29 CFR  1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:   a) Worksite, 41 Farmers Avenue, Bethpage, NY 11714 - Employees were using a Milwaukee 4-1/2" Sander/Grinder Catalog No. 6130-33 without a guard to cut metal exposing the employees to injuries from the rotating grinding wheel; on or about 10/4/23.  Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
