At a temporary residential worksite, located at 3632 Meadow Vista Lane - Lot 3R, Tallahassee, FL 32308: On or about October 3, 2023, the employer exposed employees to head injuries, in that the employees were not utilizing protective helmets (hard hats) while standing beneath an employee who was working above them.

At a temporary residential job site located at 3632 Meadow Vista Lane - Lot 3R, Tallahassee, FL 32308: On or about October 3, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to slip, trip and fall hazards, in that the employee used the top step of a portable A-Frame type ladder to climb down from the top of a 9-foot framed wall, located at or near the home's Front Porch area.
