This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 90.1 dBA. The employer had not implemented hearing conservation program. b) On or about October 5, 2023, at the establishment located at 5705 County Road E, Ormo, Wisconsin, a Laborer working in the Production Area was exposed to noise at 117% (measured on 80 dBA Threshold) of the permissible daily dose as measured over 499 minutes. This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 91.1 dBA. The employer had not implemented hearing conservation program. c) On or about October 5, 2023, at the establishment located at 5705 County Road E, Ormo, Wisconsin, a Laborer working in the Production Area was exposed to noise at 95.9% (measured on 80 dBA Threshold) of the permissible daily dose as measured over 452 minutes. This dose is equivalent to an 8-hour Time Weighted Average of 89.7 dBA. The employer had not implemented hearing conservation program.  All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (g) must be covered in a hearing conservation program.
