29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 4900 Hamilton Drive (front side), Voorhees, NJ: Workers engaged in framing, deck replacement and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 19 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a deck with no railing without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/06/2023.  (b) 4900 Hamilton Drive (back side), Voorhees, NJ: Worker engaged in framing, deck replacement and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 15 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on metal plank without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/06/2023.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
