29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Clubhouse, Tranquility Apartments located at 2537 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032: On or about 10/02/23, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of over 15-feet, 2-Inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the employees working from a JLG-660SJ Aerial Lift basket performing siding work.
