A) 458 Calvert Rd North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - The employer did not ensure the employees, who are working on the roof, 15 feet or more above a lower level, are protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Hazards observed on or about October 4, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders shall be used only on stable and level surfaces unless secured to prevent accidental displacement.  A) 458 Calvert Rd North Brunswick, NJ 08902 -  An "A" frame ladder was used by employees installing siding on a roof. The ladder was not place on a level surface exposing employees to fall hazards of approx. 15 feet.    Hazards observed on or about October 4, 2023.
